    Description

    This is a superb very large original antique model of 2 English Pointer dogs, fully signed by the artist Garnier, stamped to the rear 452 and it has the original brass titled plaque to the front "Chiens De Chasse" this superb model which dates to circa 1915 has the feel, weight and patina of bronze, but we are sure that it is a heavy pottery model hand painted at the time, it is in super original condition with no repairs or damage etc.. it is approx 13.5" high x 15" wide x 9" deep.  Early English Pointer antiques of this quality fully signed by the artist are exceptionally rare.
