Safe Clip on Personal Safety Alarm LOUD NEW

This is new in the package.  I just tested it and it is LOUD!  You clip it on a bag or piece of clothing and, in the event of a crisis, you throw the clip which initiates the alarm and gets it away from the attacker.  College student?
