Antique B&G DENMARK Old Mark ALBINO WHITE RABBIT Scratching Its Paw Signed.

Description

Stamped in blue B&G for Bing & Grondahl below the green towers hallmarks, here is a rare antique figurine of a White Albino Rabbit with pink eye scratching its front paw.
It bears the mark 159...with the last digit half erased and initial letters embossed under the tail.
It dates back from before 1987 when B&G merged with Royal Copenhagen and after perhaps this particular pattern was no longer produced.
This rabbit is standing on its back legs and holding its right front paw to its mouth.
Finely detailed, smooth white porcelain.
It measures 4 1/2” long by 3 3/4” tall by 2 1/2” wide.
